I spent a pretty, fall morning with The Harkriders, and we had lots of fun - a little maternity, a little family, and a LOT of Mr. Hunter :) Oh my goodness, he is SUCH a heartbreaker! This little boy has a smile and some eyes that will melt your heart! He was so good for my camera, too! You'll love these photos, and if you're wanting to arrange a marriage - don't try, I already have for my baby ;) Enjoy!

My best friend, Kim, brought her family over to my place and asked me to take a few photos of them for their family pictures this year. A few is all we got - with a 15 yr old who is far more interested in her iPhone, and a hubby who was begging to be done so he could get to drinkin' beer, I had to work quickly ;)

I love these people - these shots are real, non-posed, and tell the story of who they are. And, those photos my friends, are my favorite! Enjoy!

Meet The Lyssy Family

After months of neglection (and paying too much time to uploading photos to my facebook fan page!), I am here to do a major update - and hopefully a little remodeling around here, too!

The Lyssys came to me through a mutual friend. They are a beautiful family! Photographing those who are easy on the eyes make your job that much easier!

I get LOTS of questions, and compliments, on the locations that I choose to shoot. I do not give away the info - I like to keep those little spots secret, and prefer to be unique. I don't want to shoot somewhere and give you photos everyone else has! So, in advance, you will receive one of a kind photos!

Carleigh's Cuties

I have some SUPER cute shots from this shoot with Carleigh's little munchkins, and as soon as I get them done I will post a few more. Enough to make you drool! I love little Savanna in this first shot, how much more perfect of a photo can you get?! Especially from a 4 year old, doin' her own thing! :)

Not a country boy!

So, Dad is from New Orleans; NOT from here in Texas, where we have fire ants, mosquitos the size of our state, and severely humid weather. I took them out to some old grain silos here in town, because I LOVE this location and think it makes for a great backdrop. We then travelled over to an ol' vacant house that was dirty, with weeds growing as high as the porch. But, I saw the perfect setting, and he, well he saw some huge mosquitos and stepped in a few ants. Bless his heart, I hope he appreciates me when he sees these photos of his sweet girl!

I swear, I must attract the outrageously cute, adorable, funny little toddlers!

Not that all babies and toddlers aren't cute, but c'mon, I really get some of the most PRECIOUS little ones brought to me, and to take their picture can be a task, but SO rewarding!

This first shot is one of my all-time faves; how adorable is she?! And those blue eyes, they'll kill one day! Watch out for those boys when she's in high school, mom and dad! :)

G is for Garcia: Lee, Crystal, & miss Aubrey :)

Referrals are the BEST kind of business. It's very humbling for someone to contact you and let you know they saw your work and loved it. This was the case with Crystal; she contacted me after seeing a newborn shoot I did for Amber, and we got together one Saturday evening and had a great outcome! I jut fell in love with Aubrey's little curls, she was so much fun!
